ABOUT LBAPS

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Software Engineer to become an integral part of our mission-driven team. LBAPS provides life-changing ABA therapy, diagnostic services, and educational support to children and families across multiple states. To support our clinical teams at scale, we are building enterprise-grade operational platforms — joining our team means you directly impact the quality of care delivered to our families.

OUR ENGINEERING CULTURE & STACK

We maintain a fast-paced, modern engineering culture focused on developer experience, code quality, and system reliability. Our team operates out of a centralized monorepo.
 

Backend: Python, Django + DRF, Celery, Redis 

Frontend: React, TypeScript

Database: PostgreSQL 18 with multi-tenancy emphasis 

Workflow: GitHub, Linear, Slack

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the team to define, architect, and integrate full-stack features
  • Write clean and exhaustively tested code
  • Create highly scalable solutions with third-party integrations and operational APIs
  • Ensure all systems adhere to strict enterprise data security and compliance standards
