You will also play a key role in developing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications; improving engineering productivity through reusable components; and ensuring successful deployment of stable, high-quality software. What You Will Do
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, technical implementations, and high-quality software solutions.
- Develop microservices, modular frontend applications, and component-based backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
- Design, configure, and modify integrated business and enterprise applications across multiple computing environments.
- Test applications using TDD/BDD methodologies to ensure quality, stability, and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and participate in code reviews to identify gaps, drive improvements, and uphold engineering standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools to enhance build, test, and deployment efficiency.
- Ideate, build, and publish reusable libraries, services, and frameworks to increase engineering productivity across teams.
- Lead or support the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise software systems.
- Solve difficult technical problems, ensuring solutions are scalable, testable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- 2 years of experience working on projects implementing solutions through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an iterative or agile environment.
- 2 years of experience working with database technologies (SQL or NoSQL).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills/Education
- 2 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment and developing and implementing business systems within an organization
