DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Write and unit test code to implement business requirements following the architecture and design. Integrate and use tools to measure test coverage to ensure that all code is tested with test cases. Document developed modules and create other project related artifacts such as quality metrics, test coverage metrics, performance testing, and demonstrations to stakeholders. Deploy and support software in a production environment. Independently identify the root cause of problems reported, update the code to fix the problem, add adequate test cases to the test suite to cover the failure scenario, and make a patch release to the production environment. Mentor and knowledge share ensure new additions to the team become productive as soon as possible to contribute to the project effectively. Attend domain and technology trainings to keep abreast of the latest in technology and travel domain to help improve the existing product and impart training to new hires.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software/Application Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
