Skimmer is growing fast and we need to wrangle all of our internal tools like HubSpot, Rippling, Stripe and roll out new tooling to keep up with the growth. You will report into the R&D / Development organization but partner across the company in order to optimize, streamline, and coordinate across Skimmer’s teams.
We are looking for candidates who have experience with API based, real-time integrations, as well as knowledge of middleware products like Tray.io and Zapier. Most tooling at Skimmer is written in C#, but other languages may be better given the use case. The key to being successful in this role is to have excellent project management skills to help drive technical integrations inside the business and to partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Support, and other teams to prioritize your backlog.
You will make the technical decisions with your in-house team counterparts on how to implement integrations and decide which tools will use middleware versus native integrations. You will understand the integration landscape and how best practices evolve over time. You will support the integrations and work with business users to understand the details and issues. Actual provisioning of user access and IT support will be handled by a separate IT contact, and will not be part of this role.
Your number 1 goal in this role is to deliver integrations quickly and delight internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:Centralize the technical ownership of our internal tools to ensure quality
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to make sure internal tools are optimized and provisioned correctly
Own the integrations between internal tools
Make decisions and recommendations to the business on how to configure and support internal tools to achieve business goals
Lead complex, cross-functional projects including all stakeholders to design, configure, and build the right programs to scale Skimmer’s business.
Develop internal tools that enhance productivity throughout the business.
Partner with DevOps, to enhance tooling around the Skimmer platform.
Document existing Hubspot integrations using Azure Logic Apps and Zapier
Meet with internal stakeholders and develop a plan for scalable Hubspot integrations
Design and implement automation to manage the workflow between HubSpot and Azure DevOps
Experience in API integration, ideally with a background in vertical SaaS
Our primary language is C#, but in some cases other languages may be a better fit for internal integrations.
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL.
Proven expertise in middleware tools
Experience with CRM tools; CRM tools like HubSpot is a must
Enough overall business understanding to advise on the implications of technical decisions and direct teams towards optimal results
A history as a highly effective integrations developer
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a track record of leading successful cross-functional projects.
