What We Look For in Future Software Engineer Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

• Strong experience in programming languages such as Golang, Java, Python, or JavaScript

• A solid understanding of scalable system design, APIs, and microservices

• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), databases, and distributed systems

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production environments

• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in remote-first teams
