Key Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and debug high-quality software focused on IAM services

  • Own large-scale projects and product rollouts

  • Maintain and document program changes in CSI’s core applications

  • Solve complex programming challenges with creativity and precision

  • Enforce coding standards and contribute to architectural decisions

  • Champion Agile, CI/CD, and modern development practices

  • Mentor junior engineers and foster team growth

  • Investigate issues and drive thoughtful, secure solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant technologies are a plus

  • Proficient in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+ for API and middleware development

  • Strong experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML

  • Solid understanding of token-based authentication flows (PKCE, Client Credentials, Refresh Tokens)

  • Familiar with federated identity providers like Azure AD, Okta, etc.

  • Deep knowledge of web security best practices (CORS, CSRF, XSS)

  • Experienced with ASP.NET Core middleware and custom auth handlers

  • Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines

  • Skilled in Git-based workflows and automated deployments

  • Bonus: Experience with Duende IdentityServer or IdentityServer4

Technical Stack

Our environment includes C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET, and REST APIs on the backend. For identity protocols, we use OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML. We integrate with providers like Azure AD and Okta, and leverage Duende IdentityServer for federated identity. Security practices include PKCE, CSRF, CORS, and claims-based identity. Our DevOps workflow is built around Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments, all within an Agile framework.
