Job Description
As a Software Engineer - Full Stack you will be writing, enhancing and maintaining scalable software for GeekyDrop marketplace platform and related products - your work will impact the lives of many users who rely on a secured marketplace platform.
Our engineering team isn't married to specific technologies or languages. Choosing the right tool for the job (even if we have to learn it first) is a strong part of our team culture.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- Experience with systems software engineering. Sound understanding of computer architecture and CS fundamentals.
- Proficient in Javascript and NodeJS.
- Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages: Javascript, Kotlin, Go, Python, C/C++/Rust, Swift.
- Detailed problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
- Experience in building large scale product or data systems.
- Grit, drive and a strong feeling of ownership coupled with collaboration.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Backend System Design
- Experience handling complex problems at scale
- Experience writing secured backend code at scale
- Experience with ReactJS/React Native/Flux/Vue
- Experience with mobile development
- Scalable ML architecture
- Deep Learning
- Transformers and embeddings searches
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working on a Startup
