We’re not a typical Venture Capital (VC) firm. Instead of a handful of large backers, we have thousands of investors and an ever-growing portfolio of startups. That means we don’t just manage capital—we build custom technology to power everything we do. From investment tracking to portfolio analytics to new financial tools, our platform is the backbone of our business.
We’re a small, fast-moving team where engineers make an outsized impact. If you thrive in environments where you own problems end-to-end, learn quickly, and ship meaningful code, you’ll love it here. If you need hand-holding, rigid specs, or a 9-to-5 with no surprises—this won’t be the place for you.
Joining us means stepping into a role where your work has immediate and visible impact. Instead of being lost in a large company backlog, you’ll see your contributions used daily by investors and founders. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow quickly through direct mentorship from seasoned engineers and leadership, learning firsthand from those with deep experience. The work itself is diverse—you’ll engage with everything from APIs and data pipelines to UI components, giving you exposure across the stack. Most importantly, you’ll be building mission-driven technology that powers real investments in innovative startups, helping to shape the future of entrepreneurship.
What You’ll DoDesign and build new features across our platform, from investor-facing dashboards to internal workflow automation.
Dive deep into challenging problems such as data modeling, system design, APIs, integrations and build solutions that scale.
Use AI tools to accelerate coding, but also take full responsibility for understanding, reviewing, and improving any AI-generated code.
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, independence, and continuous improvement.
- Strong fundamentals: You understand algorithms, data structures, databases, and problem-solving at a deep level.
- Coding fluency: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (ideally both, but one very strong is fine).
- AI-augmented development mindset: You enjoy leveraging AI to speed up coding, but you never copy-paste blindly. You always ensure you understand what’s written and why.
- Self-motivation: You don’t wait to be told what to do—you seek out problems, propose solutions, and follow through.
- Recent graduate or ~1–2 years of experience: We value potential and hunger to learn just as much as formal experience.
- Startup mindset: You’re comfortable with ambiguity, excited by hard problems, and want to help build something from the ground up.
