This is a remote position.

A Software Development Engineer - UI Intern is a temporary position designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in front-end development. The intern will collaborate with experienced developers and designers to build and maintain user interfaces for web applications. This role provides valuable exposure to UI/UX design principles, modern front-end frameworks, and best practices in web development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Assist senior designers in designing and maintaining style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Review, test, and debug code to ensure a high standard of quality, usability, and performance.



Requirements
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices in web development.

  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

  • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in UI design, computer science, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
