As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will help drive automation and quality practices within a scrum team to ensure our product is held to the highest standards before being placed in front of clients. What You Will Get To Do:

• Examine business requirements and work alongside engineering to develop and  
  execute comprehensive test plans at both the product and system integration level
• Partner with team members through design discussions, code reviews, debugging sessions, and promoting best practices that foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Contribute to the automation roadmap and improve testing efficiency by creating automation tests and enhancing automation frameworks
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other system limitations

What You Will Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similarly technical/quantitative field; equivalent work or project experience 
• 2+ years of software development experience, with a focus on creating or maintaining automation frameworks 
• Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, JavaScript, Go, Python 
• Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and at least one public cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
• Proven track record of designing and implementing automated tests 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment 
• Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Octopus, Github)
