In this role, you will design and develop clinical-quality software that powers a remote patient monitoring platform, helping ensure reliable, high-performing solutions that support better patient outcomes.

Your role:

  • Design, implement, and document high-quality software for a remote patient monitoring solution, contributing to reliable and scalable clinical systems used in healthcare environments.

  • Build full-stack software components and utilities while integrating third-party libraries and services into an existing Windows-based client-server architecture.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Quality Assurance Engineers, and fellow developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features that meet user and product requirements.

  • Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and improving system reliability through monitoring, logging, and performance enhancements.

  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines while mentoring teammates and promoting strong software development standards and practices.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience developing software solutions as an individual contributor, including experience building and maintaining production systems.

  • Your skills include strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (such as .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio), along with experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and self-published NuGet packages.

  • You have experience troubleshooting issues in production environments, implementing testing strategies such as unit testing, integration testing, behavior-driven development, or test-driven development, and contributing to Agile or Scrum-based teams.

  • Your skills may also include (preferred) experience with T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, UI frameworks such as Windows Presentation Foundation, WinForms, Angular, or ASP.NET, web technologies including JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, and Cascading Style Sheets, or scripting with Python and command-line tools.

  • You have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, and you bring strong collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills when working with cross-functional teams.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

This an office role.
