Accountability & Impact:
In this role, you’ll...

•  Coordinating and implementing projects related to the application’s core architecture
• Overseeing the design process for software enhancements
• Performing design and code reviews
• Setting code quality standards for the teams
•  Daily coordination with both local and offshore software teams
• Creating technical documentation related to the application
• Assigning and supervising work of developers on your team
• Researching new technology and leading PoC’s

What Your Bring to the Role:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6 years of experience in software development.
• 6 years of experience with C#.Net/.Net Core.
• 6 years of experience with SQL
• 3 years of experience with AWS and Azure Dev Ops
• 5 years of experience with Angular
• 5 years of experience with Bootstrap
• 3 years of experience with AngularJS
• 3 years of experience with HR software technology

Location: Atlanta, GA

Hybrid role requiring 20% time on-site

Travel required: None

Employees supervised (job titles): Software Development Team Lead, Senior Software Developers,

Associate Software Developers

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team. The base salary for this position is $145,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Energage is a remote workplace with employees in various US locations. While our employees enjoy the flexibility of daily remote work, they are also given the occasional opportunity for in person interaction. Whether in our office in Exton Pa, or in a coworking space/out in their local area. This role is available for remote work in a variety of locations with some exclusions: 

• California 
• Massachusetts 
• New York City 
• Washington 
• Outside of the US
