- Exercise sound judgment in daily publishing by balancing speed, accuracy, and risk, knowing when to proceed, pause, reframe, or escalate content within brand and compliance guidelines.
- Own daily social media publishing across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other priority channels.
- Repost, amplify, and coordinate partner announcements, ecosystem updates, and collaborations.
- Promote blog content, announcements, and customer/partner stories with channel-appropriate framing.
- Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all channels.
- Draft, refine, and format posts to ensure they meet brand, tone, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor social channels to track accuracy and sentiment, surface key trends or risks, and ensure timely updates or corrections when needed.
- Measure and report social performance to generate insights that optimize content strategy, cadence, and amplification.
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally at a tech, fintech, crypto, or high-compliance organization.
- Strong writing, editing, and content packaging skills across X/Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Experience working with photo and video editing tools like Photoshop and Premiere, and other AI tools to accelerate productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume publishing with consistency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and content planning systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating as an independent executor.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams.
- Experience in the Web3, crypto, developer, or financial services industry.
- Experience with PR or Communications is a plus.
