The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist. This role is responsible for owning and managing the Lovevery YouTube channel, leading strategy to drive measurable audience and revenue growth in alignment with broader communications and social media goals.
What You’ll Do
- Manage publishing operations on the Lovevery YouTube account, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Select and transfer content from Lovevery app to YouTube
- Optimise video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, metadata, and keywords to maximise SEO and engagement
- Build a repeatable optimization + publishing process.
- Monitor competitor and industry trends, identifying opportunities to evolve strategy and stay ahead of platform developments.
- Continuously update and optimize back catalogue content to extend performance.
- Analyse performance data and run A/B tests to deliver actionable insights for growth.
- Share regular performance and revenue updates with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the internal YouTube expert, keeping the team informed on new products, formats, and behavioural shifts.
- Stay up to date with evolving platform features, trends, and training opportunities.
- Develop and execute a YouTube-first content strategy and audience development tactics that grows subscribers, increases watch time, and improves monetization.
- Build and iterate repeatable, habit-forming content strategies, including video formats and best practices that improve content performance and drive long-term engagement.
- Own and manage all publishing workflows, including scheduling, packaging, and optimization for search and discovery algorithms.
- Write, edit, and optimize video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails using YouTube SEO and LLM best practices to maximize visibility and click-through performance.
- Identify YouTube search queries relevant to parents.

- Proven experience managing and optimizing YouTube channels to grow audiences and engagement
- Strong grasp of YouTube best practices, SEO, and audience development strategies
- Skilled at interpreting analytics and turning insights into actionable growth decisions.
- Passion for digital media, social storytelling, and building engaged online communities
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively
