Own daily social media for Pitchbox’s SaaS products across X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Create and publish copy, short-form videos, and repurposed content; manage comments, replies, and DMs; participate in industry conversations; test formats and hooks; monitor trends; and report on reach, engagement, traffic, and signups using analytics and UTM links.
The summary above was generated by AI

You've run brand accounts day-to-day and grown their reach and engagement. You want channels that are yours to own. Pitchbox needs you to run social for our marketing automation products on X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit every day.

This is a hands-on role. You write the posts, cut the short videos, answer the replies and DMs, and read the numbers. You won't manage a team or an agency. You'll do the work yourself and own the results.

About Pitchbox

Pitchbox empowers SEO and AEO teams at many of the world's top brands, publishers, and agencies. Our comprehensive suite of AI-powered software products is trusted by professionals across 57 countries. Significant investments in AI, automation, and new product development drive demand for our platform and position us for growth as we launch new products. To support this and expand globally, we're hiring new team members.

What you'll do
  • Run our X, Facebook, and Instagram accounts day to day, covering all four of our SaaS products. Plan the calendar, write the copy, and publish natively on each platform.
  • Make short vertical videos: product tips, quick how-tos, screen recordings, and clips from our team and customers. Reuse them across Reels, Facebook Reels, and X video.
  • Turn our blog posts, guides, webinars, and product releases into posts people save and share.
  • Answer comments, replies, mentions, and DMs fast. Send support questions to the right person and close the loop.
  • Join conversations on X where marketers and our users already hang out. Reply with something useful, not "Great post!"
  • Test on purpose. Run Instagram Trial Reels to try new hooks on non-followers. Try new formats on X. Keep what works and drop what doesn't.
  • Track everything with UTM links. Report weekly on reach, engagement, followers, and the traffic and signups social sends to our products.
  • Watch competitors and industry news. Flag trending topics we can jump on the same day.
Must-haves
  • 2+ years running social media for a brand, ideally B2B or SaaS. You did the posting yourself.
  • Links to accounts you ran and posts you made, with numbers you can explain.
  • Hands-on experience with X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok. You know how each one works in 2026 and why the same post doesn't work on all three.
  • You can shoot and edit short vertical video on your own. Your phone plus Descript, Filmora, CapCut, or similar is enough.
  • Excellent written English. You can make a dry software feature sound worth a click in one line.
  • Comfort with numbers. You read native analytics, use UTMs, and know GA4 basics.
  • You move fast on trends and news without getting sloppy.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS or marketing software.
  • A personal following on X, especially in marketing or tech.
  • Experience running small paid boosts or Meta ads to push winning posts.
  • Basic design skills in Canva or Figma, plus working knowledge of video tools like Descript, Filmora, and CapCut, and AI video tools like Higgsfield, Freepik, or similar.
  • Experience with LinkedIn or YouTube Shorts.
  • You use AI tools for research and drafts, and you still write like a human.
Tools
  • X, including X Premium Business features and native X analytics
  • Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram)
  • A social scheduling and inbox tool
  • Descript, Filmora, or CapCut for video editing
  • AI video tools such as Higgsfield or Freepik
  • Canva or Figma
  • GA4 and UTM links
Why join
  • You'll own three channels end to end. Your work goes live without a long approval chain.
  • You'll cover four marketing automation products, so you'll always have a real story to tell.
  • Pitchbox is investing in AI, automation, and new products. New launches mean new things to post about.
  • Fully remote.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
