Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to improve content and engagement strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Experience with graphic design and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
