We’re looking for a creative, metrics-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging B2B platforms. You’ll bring our AI story to life through content that informs, provokes, and converts reaching CIOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers. You’ll work closely with content, demand gen, and product marketing to turn our AI leadership into a social narrative that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
What You Will Do:
Social Strategy and Brand Leadership
- Define, own, and measure the effectiveness of MinIO’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other emerging B2B platforms.
- Shape MinIO’s social identity to strengthen our leadership position in enterprise AI and data infrastructure.
- Drive consistency and creative excellence across all content, campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
- Establish and maintain a unified brand tone and narrative that resonates across technical and executive audiences.
Audience Growth and Engagement
- Develop strategies to grow MinIO’s social following, increase engagement, and expand reach across global markets.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and competitive activity to identify timely opportunities for authentic engagement.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, analysts, and industry voices to amplify MinIO’s brand presence.
- Create, write, and distribute a monthly newsletter that highlights company milestones, product updates, customer stories, and thought leadership.
- Foster a community of advocates by responding to followers, encouraging dialogue, and elevating customer and partner success stories.
- Experiment with new content formats, storytelling approaches, and platform features to drive continuous improvement.
Performance and Collaboration
- Use analytics and social listening to track performance, report insights, and optimize future content.
- Partner with Product Marketing, PR, and Demand Generation to ensure social strategy aligns with launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for creative testing, channel investment, and audience targeting.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 3–4 years of social media experience in B2B technology or AI.
- Proven success in growing and managing high-impact social programs that build brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong writing and storytelling ability with a clear, authoritative style suited to enterprise audiences.
- Hands-on experience managing social platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube, with a mix of organic and paid programs.
- Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, content optimization, and social media algorithms.
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation, audience insights, and performance analysis to improve efficiency and creative impact.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across marketing, communications, and product teams.
- Creative thinker with strong visual judgment and familiarity with multimedia production.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
