Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.


We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager, Sports to join our TV & Streaming division. The Social Media Manager, Sports will be responsible for creating and managing innovative social media campaigns for sporting events such as Sunday Night Football, Premier League "EPL" and more. This role will be tasked with executing social strategies, conceptualizing social creative and engaging with audiences across social media channels.

Your Impact

  • Create and manage innovative and engaging social media campaign for major sports events across multiple leagues
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative
  • Write creative copy and is able to adjust voice from project to project
  • Publish content across social media channels
  • Facilitate community management across social media channels
  • Build out content calendars for each campaign
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends to cover sporting events

Your Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
  • Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Must have passion for sports
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
