The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager / Content Creator to lead Tradeify’s digital presence and elevate our storytelling across platforms. In this role, you’ll create compelling, trend-aware content that educates, inspires, and engages traders and enthusiasts within a fast-moving digital market.You’ll manage our content calendar, craft high-impact posts, videos, and graphics, and play a key role in shaping how the world experiences Tradeify’s brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy to grow awareness, engagement, and community loyalty.
  • Create original, visually engaging, and thought-provoking content (short-form videos, carousels, reels, stories, and posts).Own the day-to-day social media operations — posting, scheduling, and engaging across multiple channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Community, Tradeify TV) to tell cohesive brand stories and showcase platform updates.
  • Monitor market trends, community discussions, and platform algorithms to inform content decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze content performance, provide insights, and iterate to continually optimize for engagement and reach.
  • Stay on top of emerging creator trends and formats to keep Tradeify’s content fresh, modern, and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • A strong creative eye and hands-on experience producing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts).
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • A deep understanding of how to grow audiences, drive engagement, and build brand communities.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a feel for tone, timing, and trends.
  • Curious about financial markets, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies — and excited to create content around them.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with paid social campaigns, analytics tools, or SEO.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or managing influencer-style content.
