This is a remote position.
As part of our marketing team, you will help create, manage, and optimize ImEx Cargo’s presence across key social media platforms to attract and engage freight forwarders, logistics professionals, and government contractors.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a social media content calendar to align with marketing objectives.
· Create engaging, shareable content (posts, stories, graphics, and videos) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
· Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build relationships with followers and industry stakeholders.
· Research and implement trending hashtags, topics, and content formats to increase engagement.
· Collaborate with the team to promote new services, partnerships, and announcements.
· Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
· Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices in the logistics indust
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
· A passion for social media and content creation.
· Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
· Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
· Strong written and visual communication skills.
· Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling posts and campaigns.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates are also welcome).
· Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
· Understanding of social media analytics and how to measure performance.
· Interest or experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus!
