The core of this position is to masterfully integrate two key pillars: a powerful, engaging brand-led social media presence and an authentic, high-impact creator-driven marketing engine. You will lead a small team, acting as the expert who ensures our brand and creator strategies work together seamlessly to drive engagement, build brand love, and deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Ecosystem Strategy: Develop and execute holistic social media strategies that seamlessly integrate brand-owned channel management with creator-led campaigns to create a unified and powerful brand narrative.
  • Brand-Led Social Strategy: Lead the strategy, content creation, and community management for brands’ owned social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Creator-Driven Social Strategy: Architect and manage the full scope of our creator and influencer marketing programs, from identifying and vetting talent to negotiating partnerships and measuring campaign ROI.
  • Omni-channel Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with Editorial, Search and Innovation Teams to deliver cohesive omni-channel campaigns, acting as social gatekeeper for a unified content strategy across social and web. Participate in omni-channel content planning and brainstorming sessions for key clients.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train the regional social media team, fostering a culture of creativity, strategic thinking, and continuous learning while providing clear direction and opportunities for growth.
  • Client Management & Pitching: Craft persuasive, data-backed proposals and act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting strategic recommendations and winning buy-in.
  • NICE TO HAVE: Data & Analytics:
Utilize social analytics and listening tools to measure the combined impact of the social ecosystem, track performance against KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights.

  • NICE TO HAVE: Paid Social Amplification: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns that effectively amplify both brand and creator content to targeted audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on social media experience, with a strong agency background preferred.
  • A proven track record of designing and executing holistic social strategies that successfully integrate both brand-owned channels and creator-driven campaigns into a single ecosystem.
  • Deep expertise in managing the full scope of influencer marketing, from strategic planning and talent identification to campaign execution and ROI analysis.
  • Experience working with clients in sectors such as insurance, finance, healthcare, parenting, food, and beauty/personal care is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media, including budget management, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • An analytical mindset, skilled at using data to prove the value and synergy of an integrated social strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience working with regional teams across multiple SEA markets is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino, Indonesian, or Malay is a plus.

  • Work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment where strategic thinking and bold ideas are celebrated.
  • Receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Join a collaborative team that values learning, professional growth, and pushing the boundaries of digital marketing.
