Lead the creation and publication of short-form videos across social media platforms, aligning with brand goals while engaging the crypto community.
We’re looking for a video‑native social media lead to own our narrative across X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and whatever comes next. You’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and publish snack‑size videos that make crypto culture impossible to ignore.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a video‑forward social strategy that aligns with Zerion’s brand and growth goals.
- Produce 3–5 short‑form videos per week end‑to‑end—concept → script → shoot → edit → post—with at least two optimized specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels each week.
- Be the on‑camera voice of Zerion at conferences and in day‑to‑day content.
- Translate complex DeFi concepts and product releases into engaging visual stories.
- Monitor trends, memes, and audio to keep Zerion at the center of the conversation.
- Own the content calendar and collaborate with design, product, and community teams.
- Track performance (views, watch time, engagement, follower growth) and iterate quickly.
- Source and manage freelance videographers or motion designers when scale demands.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have 2+ years in social video creation for a brand or personal channels, with a portfolio to prove it.
- Edit fast in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci; motion‑graphics chops are a plus.
- Feel equally comfortable in front of and behind the camera.
- Understand platform algorithms, analytics, and growth levers.
- Write sharp, meme‑savvy copy (threads, captions, CTAs).
- Bonus: experience with live‑streaming tools (OBS, StreamYard), 3D/AR, or Farcaster/Lens.
