Job Description
Nexthink is looking for a Social Media Intern to join the team as part of its summer internship program. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing while contributing to high-impact brand and campaign initiatives.
In this role, you will help bring Nexthink's voice to life across social platforms by creating engaging content, supporting campaign execution, and contributing to the growth of our global digital presence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including content, brand, product marketing, and events to support how Nexthink shows up in the market.
This internship offers valuable exposure to B2B marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and audience engagement within a fast-growing global SaaS company.
What You'll Own
At Nexthink, you will leave with tangible accomplishments and a clear understanding of the impact you made. In this role, you will own and help deliver:
  • The creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels
  • Support for integrated campaigns including product launches, events, thought leadership, and brand initiatives
  • Contributions to Nexthink's social media calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging posting cadence
  • Community engagement across channels, including monitoring comments, messages, and trends
  • Performance tracking and reporting, helping identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
  • Research on industry trends, competitors, and new content formats to keep Nexthink at the forefront of social innovation

While social media will be your primary focus, you will also gain exposure to broader marketing initiatives, including content strategy, brand campaigns, and employee advocacy programs.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and content trends
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with interest in social media metrics and performance tracking
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
