  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our members through daily community management on social platforms.
  • Respond to live sports moments in real-time with memes, commentary, and dynamic social media content during major sports like the NBA, NFL, and MLB.
  • Actively monitor social media trends, memes, and cultural conversations to ensure PrizePicks remains at the forefront of the fantasy sports industry.
  • Collaborate with the social media team and other departments to brainstorm new content strategies and growth initiatives that deepen community engagement.
  • Analyze the performance of social campaigns, giveaways, and content, providing actionable insights to stay sharp and improve engagement.
  • Maintain an 'always-on' approach to social media, constantly staying in tune with sports news, DFS industry, relevant influencers, and pop culture.
What you have:
  • 3+ years of experience creating and engaging on social media for a consumer-facing brand or within the sports industry.
  • Passionate and well versed in the gaming world and all things daily fantasy sports.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, particularly X/Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • The understanding of the time requirements and schedule surrounding live sports (nights, weekends, and flexibility to work major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas).
  • In-depth understanding of players, storylines, and narratives surrounding the NBA & NFL (bonus points for MLB and broad sports knowledge).
  • Creativity in producing content around sports, with the ability to adapt to trending topics.
  • Strong written communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
  • Experience in the sports/entertainment social industry and familiarity with Sprout Social or similar tools for calendar management and social listening.
  • A creative eye for design and proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma (editing videos + creative within platform apps is also important).
  • A deep understanding of meme culture and the ability to connect with and relate to sports fandom.
Where you’ll live:
