Key Responsibilities:
- Content Support & Capture: Assist in shooting, editing, and producing engaging video and image content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts), with a focus on short-form content.
- On-Screen Assistance: Help represent the brand in front of the camera, contributing to video content while maintaining an authentic and relatable presence.
- Content Calendar & Planning: Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to execute the content calendar, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligns with brand objectives.
- Trend Research & Integration: Monitor social media trends and popular content formats, helping integrate timely, culturally relevant trends into our content.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other team members, agencies, and stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas and ensure all assets align with brand guidelines.
- Content Optimization: Support the adaptation of content to optimize performance across various platforms, learning the nuances of each channel's audience.
- Event & Shoot Support: Assist with content capture during shoots, events, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery of content for posting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, video production, or editing for a brand or publisher.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- On-Camera Comfort: Comfortable participating in on-screen content creation, contributing to the brand's voice with enthusiasm and authenticity.
- Social Media Knowledge: A solid understanding of the social media landscape, including trends, best practices, and platform-specific strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in video capture and editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, and in-app editing features.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong team player with a collaborative attitude, eager to contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist with content production.
- Education : Bachelors degree required.
- Travel : up to 50%

Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is: ($76,100-$121,600). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
