Contract/Part-Time | Remote (South Florida, USA Preferred)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator and Strategist to elevate our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. Your work will focus on building a strong luxury brand that captivates prospective clients, instills trust, and excites our audience to engage with and join our extraordinary travel experiences.

This role is project-based or part-time, ideal for someone experienced in crafting high-quality social media content, managing luxury branding, and planning platform strategies.

Responsibilities/Deliverables
  1. Trip-Specific Instagram & LinkedIn Content

    • For each trip planned - (1) in 2024, (2) in 2025, (4) in 2026 - provide the following:

    • Take content provided by our photographer/videographer to create Instagram stories after we depart each destination during the trip to recap the highlights within 1-2 days after departing each destination.

    • Create reels and posts that highlight key moments during and after the trip has been completed.

      • 1-3 posts per destination

      • 1 reel per destination

      • 1 reel per trip

  2. Between-Trip Content Strategy

    • Design a content strategy to maintain engagement and luxury brand presence between trips:

      • Share client testimonials and trip highlights.

      • Post behind-the-scenes content, such as trip planning or partner collaborations.

      • Highlight brand milestones or thought leadership in luxury travel.

      • Repurpose past trip footage for storytelling (e.g., "throwback" posts).

      • Incorporate educational content about destinations or the unique aspects of Bucketlist Xperiences.

    • Content Approx. Range

      • 4-8 posts/reels per month for Instagram and LinkedIn, including static images, carousel posts, and reels.

      • 4–8 Instagram stories per month, focusing on timely updates and engagement.

  3. Develop Content Calendar and Strategy on a Annual Basis

    • Plan content themes for trip-specific and between-trip engagement.

    • Align posts with key dates, milestones, and audience engagement goals.

  4. Platform Management

    • Instagram:

      • Maintain a visually cohesive feed that aligns with luxury aesthetics.

      • Schedule and post content while responding to comments and DMs within 24 hours.

    • LinkedIn:

      • Post professional content that highlights credibility, testimonials, and brand updates.

      • Tailor content to a high-net-worth and professional audience.

  5. Provide a monthly analytics report that tracks:

    • Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves).

    • Follower growth trends.

    • Performance of individual posts, reels, and stories.

    • Recommendations to optimize future content.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly for luxury travel.

  • Strong content creation and editing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling captions and manage a cohesive luxury brand tone.

  • Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn best practices.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies.

  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills.

Desirable Capabilities
  • Background in luxury travel or hospitality marketing.

  • Located in South Florida preferred, but not required.

  • Retainer or Project Based Fee.
