This is a role within Chamberlain Group’s Brand and Communications function within Marketing. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Demonstrate proficiency managing Chamberlain Group’s social platforms for its house of brands (Chamberlain Group, myQ, LiftMaster and Chamberlain) including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and YouTube—maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends, algorithm changes, and platform best
practices to optimize performance, (ii) create multi-platform social media content that entertains, educates and engages brands’ target audiences, and (iii) Execute and support social media initiatives that drive measurable growth in brand awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics. Requires 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social
strategies. and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
· Demonstrates proficiency managing key social platforms including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and YouTube—maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to optimize performance.
· Executes and supports social media initiatives that drive measurable growth in brand awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
· Creates multi-platform social media content that entertains, educates and engages brands’ target audiences.
· Partners with creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
· Gathers, analyzes, and reports on social media data to identify performance trends, audience behaviors, and actionable insights that inform ongoing optimization.
· Monitors and adjusts campaign tactics in response to data findings, performance shifts, and evolving business priorities.
· Serves as on-screen representative or spokesperson for select campaigns (e.g., TikTok Live), authentically engaging audiences and reinforcing brand identity.
· Delivers assigned tasks and project components with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards.
· Applies analytical judgment within defined procedures to interpret data, resolve inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
· Identifies emerging patterns, risks, or improvement opportunities in social performance data and communicates findings to relevant stakeholders.
· Collaborates effectively with internal partners to maintain alignment, ensure information flow, and support integrated marketing initiatives.
· Seeks feedback and incorporates learnings to enhance analytical approaches and contribute to process improvements.
· Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
· Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
· Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful social strategies.
· Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Sprout Social, etc.).
· Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Ability to travel up to 20%

· 5+ years of relevant experience
The pay range for this position is $73,000.00 - $117,850.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
