About the Role

We’re looking for a driven SMB Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire post-sales journey for SMB customers - from onboarding and adoption to identifying growth and upsell opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in helping customers achieve real value with WorkFlow while driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.




What You’ll Do:

  • Own renewals and drive account growth through upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure customer success and ROI by tracking adoption, health, and usage metrics.
  • Manage a large SMB portfolio using scalable, tech-touch engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to improve products and build advocacy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or renewals-focused Sales within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in owning renewals and identifying/closing upsell opportunities.
  • Experience managing a large book of business using a scalable, process-driven approach.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer usage and health data and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Comfortable working with the US market and time zones.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
