Job Description
- Deliver expert support for Python-based automations and Automation Anywhere RPA solutions.
- Diagnose issues and implement bug fixes for Python scripts and RPA workflows.
- Partner with COE teams, SMEs, and developers to maintain and optimize automation solutions.
- Contribute to Agile and iterative development cycles for automation enhancements.
- Demonstrate willingness to upskill in Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies, driving next-level automation capabilities.
- Stay informed on latest trends in Automation, AI, and RPA, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards across all automations.
- Monitor automation workflows and Python scripts to maintain optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- You'll report to a Senior Manager
- You will have to work from office 2 days a week as it is Hybrid from Hyderabad
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Python and Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, Requests, and OpenPyxl.
- Solid understanding of error handling, multithreading, and advanced Python concepts.
- Ability to perform web scraping using Selenium for structured and unstructured data extraction.
- Proven experience in API integration and management.
- Familiarity with Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools; and adapt to RPA technologies.
- Work flexible hours to provide extended support coverage for North America (NA) time zones, including overlapping with CST by 3–4 hours.
Desired Skills:
- Certification for Automation Anywhere or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Python and Selenium Web Driver
- Understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI concepts
