As a Sitecore Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Sitecore solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for driving the technical direction, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing mentorship to the team. Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Sitecore developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Design and develop scalable and robust Sitecore solutions
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Sitecore implementations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore trends and developments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sitecore development
- Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS, including architecture, implementation, and customization
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Sitecore developers
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET
- Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Angular or React is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
