  • Select, onboard, direct, and continuously evaluate subcontractors; enforce scope, schedule, and quality without exception
  • Develop and maintain the detailed project schedule; anticipate issues, adjust proactively, and keep the client and office informed
  • Conduct regular quality inspections at every critical phase; approve or reject work before it’s covered
  • Solve problems in real time—design conflicts, material delays, weather, whatever it takes
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site that complies with all OSHA and local regulations
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with clients, architects, designers, and the C2MG office team
  • Protect the company’s reputation by delivering on promises and adding value wherever possible

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of field experience in high-end residential construction and/or historic restoration
  • Proven track record running projects $1M–$10M+ from start to finish
  • Deep understanding and daily practice of Extreme Ownership principles
  • Strong leadership skills—you can motivate a crew, coach performance, and have the hard conversations when needed
  • Mastery of scheduling software (Buildertrend preferred), blueprints, and construction details
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability under pressure
  • Professional presence when dealing with discerning clients and design teams
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain immediately)

Why This Job is Different

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience + annual performance bonus
  • Full benefits package: 401(k), health/dental/life insurance, PTO, parental leave, major holidays paid.
  • Monday–Friday base schedule with paid overtime when we’re pushing to hit milestones
  • Real authority and trust—you run your job with the resources and backing to succeed

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
