What You’ll Do
- Job duties are subject to be performed at multiple localized sites.
- Perform Bio Safety Cabinet Quarterly cleanings and PMs.
- Perform Incubator Quarterly cleanings and PMs.
- Perform Freezer Defrost cycles and PMs.
- Coordinate with multiple lab Managers to maintain the equipment maintenance schedule.
- Update Equipment Maintenance Log.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting).
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Support onboarding and training new team members.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 1+ year of laboratory experience preferred.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms, hazardous materials, PPE required).
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
