We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join our Xtime Operations team, supporting the development and reliability of our service scheduling and Management System for the automotive industry. This role operates at the intersection of software development, site reliability, and DevOps, working across multiple engineering teams to enhance system performance, observability, and deployment efficiency.
The SRE II will play a key role in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and implementing best practices for monitoring, scalability, and security. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies (preferably AWS), modern DevOps tooling, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with AI/ML integration and low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $95,900.00 - $143,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

- System Reliability & Monitoring: Ensure high availability and performance of applications through proactive monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and streamline deployment processes.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure reproducibly.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across systems and networks.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to align reliability goals with business objectives.

- Cloud Platforms: AWS (primary).
- Tools: Jenkins, Git(GitHub flow), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CDN, New Relic, PagerDuty, Harness(Add-ons), Splunk.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.
- DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Cloud Experience (AWS or Azure or GCP)
Preferred Skills:
- AI - Machine Learning concepts, integrating AI applications with DevOps practices, AI tools, Automated Incident Response, Predictive Analytics for System Performance
