THE ROLE: Editorial Fulfillment; Merchandising
We’re looking for…
We are looking for a tech-savvy candidate who is passionate about style. This associate will fulfill member orders for our most requested styles and help edit product for our on-site Editorial boutiques.
The successful candidate has heightened attention to detail and can focus on procuring inventory for our customers.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with key partners in merchandising and customer service, as well as establish relationships with our vendors to drive sales & engagement. By surprising & delighting our members, you will live our daily values!
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with vendors to source sold-out styles and fulfill client requests, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Partner with buyers to identify and recommend popular items for future purchasing decisions via monthly selling recaps.
- Fulfill client ‘Still Want It’ and ‘Must Have It’ requests by pulling daily restock reports and completing purchases on their behalf; provide prompt support for any customer service or return-related inquiries.
- Assist the Editors on our Editorial team with creating assortments for our company-wide curated shops.
About You:
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or e-commerce.
- Product obsessed with experience in leveraging tech tools, data, and a critical eye to anticipate customer needs (combining both the “science” and “art” of merchandising)
- Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships, leveraging interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Capable of efficiently using tech systems
- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs and Tableau, (CSR and SQLDeveloper - a plus!)
Hourly Rate: $23.00/hour
