Qualifications

6-12 Month Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Support and/or enhance existing SharePoint sites

Create out-of-the-box SharePoint customization i.e. list, calendars, document libraries, content types, site columns, web parts, and list views

Create and support existing SharePoint Designer workflows

Create and support existing InfoPath Forms

Interact with IT staff, contractors and vendors in testing and troubleshooting functions

Audit & clean-up site permissions manually at the site level and across the farm using SPDocKit

Act as technical and training resource to the IT staff and system end users

Participate in administration of SharePoint 2013/2016 environments

Monitor and administer SharePoint servers via Central Administration and PowerShell commands / scripts

Monitor system performance, health and capacity of environment

Troubleshoot problems and take the appropriate corrective action by looking at ULS, event logs & IIS logs

Perform installations and monthly platform patching

Assist in site migrations and upgrades on premise

Assist in data & site migrations to Office 365 using Metalogix

Document standards and operating procedures

Support custom SharePoint hosted-provider applications

Perform backup and recovery

Skills and Knowledge:

Experience with SharePoint Site Management, SharePoint Central Administration, PowerShell, Active Directory, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer

Experience working independently, as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environment

Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Knowledge of Metalogix and/or SPDocKit a plus

Attributes:

Multi-task and coordinate problem resolution management

Takes initiative and plans effectively
