Department OverviewThe Services Offer Management team is a part of Motorola's Global Services segment responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola Solutions' Managed, Support & Professional services offerings across all our portfolios. These individuals who are located globally are tasked with growing Motorola's business by creating services that go along with the Company's products to create solutions. This particular role is focused on the Video Security and Access Control segment of Motorola Solutions.
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Services Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the value of services offered by Motorola Solutions in the Americas region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management and marketing as well as proven experience driving revenue growth through pricing strategy, packaging, promotions, and other tactics. This individual will also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and to customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate high energy, initiative, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of services sold in the Americas region
• Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services
• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Manage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offerings
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitability
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business in the Americas region
Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of Services relevant work experience, preferably in product management or marketing within a technology or telecommunications industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Target Base Salary Range: $145,000- $155,000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
