Job Description SummaryThe Americas Service Operations Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the TX income financial pacing and reporting the cycle-over-cycle progression to the Pole SOF and Ops Leaders. This role will partner with the Operations organization to understand the execution of projects (MMP, Core & Upgrade) and translate to financial estimates, with clear understanding of critical path, risks and opportunities. This role will also drive closing and actively manage the balance sheet reviews (ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with CPMs/PMs to ensure correct project structure set-up. Provide finance guidance on issues around the as sold cost estimates and support on FMV assessment.
  • Support SOF organization on standard work implementation.
  • Drive pacing and submit to FP&A in addition to work closely with Ops Team to identify Risks & Opportunities.
  • Lead MR activities. Validate EAC in Real Track and review project actuals vs estimate.
  • Utilize fulfilment Tools to support pacing assumptions, validate revenue fungibility and update pacing by dynamic nature of project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems within the service operations function. The goal is to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control
  • Support on Stat Audits, External Audits to ensure financial data integrity and adherence to corporate policies and regulations.
  • Actively manage and review the balance sheet, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all accounts. This includes performing regular reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, or related fields.
  • This role requires advanced experience in the Finance Operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
