The Role
Join Veeva as we advance our MedTech customers through the adoption of next-generation Regulatory Solutions. As a Services Lead, you are accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations and for building long-term, trusted relationships with your customers.
In meeting these objectives, you will specifically:
Ensure customer and employee success
Lead your customers and support the delivery teams
Drive MedTech best practices to support implementation excellence
Foster innovative collateral creation to support successful delivery
Partner with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes to your customers
This is a remote, US-based with a requirement for Eastern or Central Time with required travel.
What You’ll Do
- Accountable for MedTech customer success with Veeva Regulatory solutions through efficient and appreciated services
- Lead the Services pre-sales activities for Veeva RIM to structure the right solution, set the right expectations, and identify the appropriate project charter; including staffing, timeframes, and associated costs
- Partner with Veeva Product and Strategy teams to ensure services offerings are market-fit for the MedTech industry
- Onboard and enable resources to successfully deliver on MedTech projects
- Provide continuous oversight to ensure delivery success and cultivate trusted relationships with customers that drive high value services
- Optimize the value created for your customers by holding the delivery teams accountable for their productivity
- Manage escalations and act as the trusted services advisor to your customers
- Support the hiring process and contribute to the team’s development to capacity, utilization, staffing on all projects
- Drive staffing to get the right people on the right projects
- Coordinate across projects and other Veeva functions to ensure lessons learned and best practices are shared to improve service delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries. MedTech experience preferred but not required
- Ability to partner cross-functionally to expand, innovate and right-size professional and / or managed services delivery offerings
- Demonstrated tenacity in Services pre-sales activities: active member of a pursuit team, experience scoping and contracting professional services engagements, able to break through rejection with customers, build and communicate high level project plans and long term customer roadmaps, etc.
- Establish and maintain long term customer relationships and expand the services footprint
- Proven track record of leading complex software implementation projects including direct oversight of delivery teams and executive stakeholder management

Compensation
- Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
