Requirements
Must have technical skills:
- 8 years of experience in application migration, preferably to ServiceNow.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of databases, data migration techniques, and data mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Good to have skills:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
