ServiceNow ITOM, SAM, HAM - Discovery and Service Mapping Specialist - (Remote worker opening)

Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping Specialist to ensure efficient operations in asset discovery, service visibility, troubleshooting, CMDB health, and overall IT operations. Manage software vendors, contracts, and licenses within ServiceNow SAM, and ensuring software compliance across the organization. Expertise in auditing / validating CMDB data, creating reports and dashboards to track asset performance and service dependencies.
Certification preferred: ServiceNow System Administration. ServiceNow ITOM, HAM, SAM.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
SKILLS

• Maintain MID Servers.

• CMDB and modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.

• SQL queries, XML, JSON, JavaScript, python, and Web Services (REST, SOAP).

• Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources using APIs, SCCM, web services, and connectors.

• ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting tools.

• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implementing ServiceNow for cloud-based infrastructure.

• Proficiency in writing custom scripts to automate ServiceNow workflows and improve discovery accuracy.

• Must be US Citizen.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for cloud-based infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of network topologies, firewalls, security protocols, and how these impact Discovery and Service Mapping configurations.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
