Support platform releases and configuration changes.

     Troubleshoot integration and user issues.

Cloud engineering and operations

Work with engineering teams to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions.

     Deploy and debug cloud stacks.

Develop and maintain the production environment, keeping a modern and secure foundation on which product teams can deploy containerized applications.

Identify the most optimal cloud-based solutions and maintain cloud infrastructure in line with best practices and USDA and Federal security policies.

Ensure the security of the cloud infrastructure.

Educate teams on new cloud initiatives.

Collaboration and documentation

Collaborate with operations, support, security, and engineering teams to improve work intake and service processes.

     Maintain access and documentation.

Ensure integrations are reliable and supportable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated experience in cloud computing across major cloud service providers, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Experience with CI/CD systems and SysOps practices.

Experience configuring and integrating an IT service management platform, such as ServiceNow, along with other approved SaaS solutions.

Experience developing workflows, service catalog items, forms, rules, interfaces, and automation.

Experience developing and maintaining production environments that support containerized application deployment.

Experience deploying and debugging cloud stacks.

Working knowledge of cloud security and the ability to maintain infrastructure in line with best practices and Federal security policies.

Strong troubleshooting skills across integration, platform, and user boundaries.

Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to educate teams on new cloud initiatives.
