Join us as a ServiceNow Engagement Manager on our Legal Operations team in Hopkinton, Mass or Round Rock, Texas to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. (This role requires you to be onsite 5 days per week).

What you’ll achieve

You will lead our stakeholder engagements and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, managing project timelines, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and excellent communication skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder engagements, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

You will:

  • Lead and coordinate ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met on time and within budget

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, understanding their business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables; provide input into the ServiceNow strategic roadmap for Legal

  • Collaborate closely with Dell IT partners to successfully document and submit business requirements; ensure excellence in delivering the highest quality solutions and the realization of stakeholders’ expected outcomes

  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices and solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem

  • Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership, identifying key risks with contingency plans.

Essential Requirements

  • You must be able to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.

  • 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or project management experience within a corporate legal department, law firm or legal vendor firm

  • Experience organizing, coordinating, and leading cross-functional teams in analyzing, and documenting business requirements, process flows, functional design and development of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and experience with overseeing successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.   • Strong experience with process optimization, business process and/or data workflows, and building/implementing large-scale global programs around technology/tools to enable a business function

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to project methodologies

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Scrum Master) are a plus

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $140,250. - $181,500.
