Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team in designing, implementing and supporting the deployment of ServiceNow solutions in the AWS cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, deploying and optimizing systems on AWS cloud infrastructure and will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This individual will be responsible for designing and deploying a cross-agency automated ticketing system supporting a Digital Engineering Eco-system from green-space to production.
* Install, configure and optimize ServiceNow solutions for AWS cloud environments
* Design and implement highly available, scalable and secure cloud architectures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, operations, and security to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions on AWS cloud
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow deployments on AWS cloud
* Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies for cloud security and governance
* Stay up-to-date with latest AWS services, tools and technologies
* Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow deployments on AWS cloud
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
*DoD 8570 IAT II cert required. You may onboard without the cert but would need obtain within a period of time after onboarding.
* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Elastic Kubernetes Service, Lambda, DynamoDB, ElastiSearch, S3, RDS, etc.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, network design, security best practices and cloud governance
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
* Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Certifications in AWS cloud services or related fields are highly desirable
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
