The ServiceNow Developer for Nuvolo, working remotely, will play a crucial role in the customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform utilized within our Nuvolo environment. This position requires innovative thinking and expertise to address our unique business requirements effectively.

This position is contingent on award, usually within 30 day turnaround.

• Customize and develop applications in ServiceNow for operational and real estate management using JavaScript, GlideScript, and integration strategies.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into scalable and functional solutions.

• Perform system integrations with external tools and platforms to ensure a seamless workflow and data consistency.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for coding practices, application configurations, and change management.

• Conduct testing to validate functionality and performance of developed solutions in the ServiceNow environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow and Nuvolo technologies, implementing improvements as needed.


Requirements

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card.

Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

• 4+ years of experience in developing applications within ServiceNow.

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly around IT services and Nuvolo implementations.

• Proficient in JavaScript and frameworks associated with ServiceNow development.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred.

• Proven ability to analyze requirements and provide innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
