The Team

The Impact:
- Script and code within the ServiceNow platform to achieve project goals.
- Rewrite and adapt code to align with changing business needs.
- Handle core system configuration and day-to-day user requests and incidents.
- Configure core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, ITSM, Asset, Integration Hub, CMDB Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience implementing and maintaining service graph connectors
- Leverage Flow Designer to enhance the service catalog and transition from workflows.
- Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and efficiency improvement.
- Manage the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing with the Automated Test Framework.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow products, version upgrades, enhancements, and new features.
- Develop solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems.
- Contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
- Ensuring solutions documentation is accurate and up to date, and developing test plans and keeping standard operations procedures updated.
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years configurating and troubleshooting technical ServiceNow solutions
- 1+ years of experience with JavaScript, ideally with the ServiceNow platform.
- 1+ years of experience with web service protocols like SOAP, REST, JSON or Kafka.
The Ideal Qualifications
- Proven experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow modules.
- Strong scripting and coding skills within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to adapt code to meet changing business requirements.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework. Strong working knowledge of ITAM ITSM and CMDB solutions designs and functions
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and streamlining.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders
- Ability to manage system upgrades and maintain ongoing knowledge of ServiceNow enhancements.
