- Building and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows to support business objectives.
- Conducting peer reviews, creating documentation, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Sharing knowledge and training team members on new technologies.
- Driving your own development through learning programs, coaching, and stretch projects.
- Experience: 4+ years in ServiceNow development, configuration, and maintenance.
- Expertise: Skilled in at least two modules such as HRSD, ITBM, ITSM, CSM, CMDB, or PPM/SPM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, automation, workflows, and web technologies (JavaScript, REST, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, JSON, Glide, React).
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM/CSM frameworks.
- Ability to create and modify Access Controls, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Policies.
- Experience with Performance Analytics, Catalog Builder, Virtual Agent, and Portal development.
- Excellent documentation skills, especially for UAT test frameworks.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD or Implementer) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
