POSITION SUMMARY

The ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) Product Owner is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of the BCM product on the ServiceNow platform. This role enhances organizational resilience by enabling effective business impact analysis (BIA), risk‑based continuity planning, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.

As the central connector across business stakeholders, risk & compliance, IT, and ServiceNow platform teams, the Product Owner translates continuity and resilience requirements into scalable, governed, and high‑quality ServiceNow solutions.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

  • Collaborate with Risk and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize new BCM requirements.

  • Oversee the full development lifecycle of user stories, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.

  • Provide direction to developers, reinforcing platform standards and leading coding practices.

  • Stay current on upcoming ServiceNow release features and assess relevance with stakeholders.

  • Triage, investigate, and resolve product issues in accordance with enterprise SLAs, driving continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of relevant experience demonstrating the following:

  • Hands‑on experience owning or delivering ServiceNow BCM capabilities, including BIA, BCM lifecycle, Crisis & Response.

  • Proven success as the empowered Product Owner for a mission‑critical enterprise platform, balancing regulatory, operational, and technical priorities.

  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, IT, Security, Facilities, and Business Units.

  • Deep knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience.

  • Experience aligning BCM solutions with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, SOC, or equivalent).

  • Advanced experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow BCM Micro‑Certification

  • ServiceNow CIS – Risk & Compliance or equivalent IRM/GRC certifications

  • Experience leading enterprise resilience or BCM programs in highly regulated industries

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
