Role Overview
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, we’re looking for a SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth, optimize website performance, and enhance lead generation through data-driven SEO and growth strategies. This role will also be heavily focused on PPC campaign creation and management, ensuring optimal performance of paid search initiatives across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. You’ll play a critical role in increasing visibility, improving search rankings, and expanding our digital presence to reach enterprise retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to drive high-quality traffic and conversions
- Perform ongoing PPC campaign analysis, bid adjustments, A/B testing, and budget optimization to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Partner with the demand generation team to align SEO and PPC efforts with overall growth marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content marketing
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create high-performing, SEO-driven content
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and performance to enhance organic traffic
- Monitor and analyze search rankings, website performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, user behavior insights, and website improvements.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, PPC, and growth marketing
- Report on key SEO, PPC, and organic growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
What You Have
- 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, and growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or AI technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google ranking factors, and search algorithms
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid media platforms
- Proven experience in PPC campaign creation, bid strategy, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of content marketing, link-building, and technical SEO
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and growth experiments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
