Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
We are seeking a Content & SEO Manager who is passionate about building content systems that drive organic growth across traditional search and AI-powered discovery. This is perfect for someone who wants to own the central content engine for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You will be responsible for defining our content pillars, developing a unified content strategy that feeds all channels, and executing SEO and AEO/GEO strategies that drive qualified traffic and conversions.
What you’ll do
Content & SEO Strategy
- Help define content pillars and support a unified, multi-channel content strategy
- Build and manage the content calendar aligned to business priorities
- Create briefs and planning docs to drive high-quality content production
SEO & AI Discovery
- Execute and iterate on SEO strategy across traditional search and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews)
- Run keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities
- Track performance and share insights to improve results
Technical SEO
- Improve site health (crawlability, indexation, site structure, core web vitals)
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
Content & Optimization
- Write and optimize content as needed (~30% hands-on)
- Run content audits and identify gaps and opportunities
Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align content with company goals
- Collaborate with content contributors and help guide output quality
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in SEO and content strategy, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in B2B SaaS or Fintech environments. You must have recent experience (within the past 12 months).
- Experience contributing to content strategies across multiple channels
- Strong working knowledge of technical SEO
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn it into actionable insights
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and owning execution
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally
- Interest in growing into a people management role
Nice to have
- Experience in tax, accounting, or financial services
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or programmatic SEO
- Exposure to AI-powered content or search workflows
The base pay range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 per year.
