This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our core marketing team as one of the founding members. This is a full-time, remote role, open to candidates across India, with a strong focus on working in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SEO strategies, particularly in the cybersecurity industry, and have a versatile skill set that includes content strategy, analytics, and graphic design.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

  •  Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.

  •  Collaborate with the content team to craft SEO-friendly content aligned with cybersecurity trends.

  •  Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

  •  Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity industry trends and algorithm changes to optimize content accordingly.

  •  Work closely with the founding marketing team to build and implement growth-driven strategies.

  •  Utilize graphic design tools (such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) to support content creation efforts.

  •  Develop and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.

  •  Support content marketing efforts, including blog strategy, landing pages, and social media optimization.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in SEO with a strong focus on cybersecurity or technology-based startups.

  •  Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and keyword tracking tools.

  •  Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to tailor SEO strategies to the industry.

  •  Experience with content planning, optimization, and collaboration with content writers.

  •  Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.

  •  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of initiatives.

  •  Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills:

  •  Experience in B2B marketing and cybersecurity-specific content strategies.

  •  Knowledge of technical SEO, including website architecture and performance optimization.

  •  Familiarity with digital marketing, PPC campaigns, and growth hacking techniques.
